ISP shareholders: Watch the FCC very closely over the next week. The writing on the wall per speeches by Susan Ness (FCC commissioner) is that ISP's will soon be required to contribute to the Universal Service Fund.

If this happens, this will affect the bottom line on all ISP's.

Stay tuned. The first report is due out Good Friday.
