FROM THESANITYCHECK.COM 'S BUD BURRELL WE LEARN EVEN MORE ABOUT ELGINDY.

1. I would make a major bet that his laundering for terrorism alone was in excess of $10 Million, maybe much more.

2. He hit at least 2000 companies with his gang of thieves.

3. $1.2 Million Paid "Anthony", last name Elgindy, by GenesisIntermedia et al for Strategic Guidance

4. BUD STATES ABOUT GENIE: I would make an informed guess that the $1.2 Million mentioned in the indictment being paid to an "Anthony" is Elgindy himself, who probably helped them set up their scam.

Re: POS Elgindy Gets 135 Months in Prison, and Forfeits $1.5 Million By bburrell on 6/19/2006 3:42 PM
He and his syndicate stole hundreds of millions more. The forfeiture is a joke, and a bad one on the victims.

One major hedge fund credited Elgindy with making them singularly over $250 Million. Multiply just a portion of that by the 100 significant players he worked with, and the 550 less significant syndicate members, and you are into billions.

I would make a major bet that his laundering for terrorism alone was in excess of $10 Million, maybe much more. That is just an educated opinion, but I am doing pretty well statistically, like 99.999% right now.

Elgindy was involved in a lot more than he was charged with or convicted for. He should have been looking at triple life, to quote some of the people really knowledgeable about this case. If this Judge had sentenced him to less than 10 years for corrupting FBI Agents alone, he should have been impeached/recalled. It is like he got a pass on the rest of his actions. He better be giving up the scum he was involved with, or face something much worse than is in his face now.

Bluntly the original US Attorney on this case knew all the most damaging facts, only a very few of which came out at trial. Had this happened, Elgindy would have faced violent retribution in the MCC, before the trial could have ended. None of you have any idea what he was involved with, or how far it reached globally and on national security issues.

Bluntly, the fine is a farce, an insult to those he hurt. He hit at least 2000 companies with his gang of thieves. He should have been sentenced to life at hard labor, military style.

He should burn in hell after that for his uncounted crimes. Elgindy was and is a sociopath, without sufficient redeeming merit to ever be free again. His presence will be/is a black stain on the Federal inmate community. I put Treason well above the relatively more benign felonies representative of the wrongs of the vast proportions of our criminal populations.

For those of you not getting the reason for the last post, it is a pretty strong signal Elgindy is squealing like a stuck pig (my apologies to all pigs out there for the implied insult), to soften the sentencing blow.

What will be proof? Another delay, or a lighter sentence than 25 years. I hope all his site members are as terrified as they should be. He would roll on his mother. Giving up non-family members or others who are not fellow terrorists will be a no-brainer.

I'd suggest his most notorious site members should be oiling up for what is coming at them. Truth is the enemy of The Truthseeker, now Asturias, and his merry band. As I once suggested, the guilty here should be taking courses on the design, operation and maintenance of "Strap-Ons", as they are going to be on one end or the other in the not too distant future.
