EMC service vs IBM... Your post brings to mine, re: service, the recent IBM commercial where the serviceman shows up to repair a fridgerator that hasn't broken down yet...and at the end of the commercial the background voice says...'it's coming'. EMC has been showing up to head off any problems on the boxes for years now! Maybe EMC could come up with a commercial that states...'it's been here!' Would be better than the ones I've seen, no doubt.
