You have obviously done some due diligence on this stock. Do you know the answers to these questions?
1. Why did company go the high risk convertible preferred route rather than conventional debt route?
2. How does Kluge fit into the equation? Billionaires dont make foolish mistakes. Is he a major preferred holder?
