TeleServices Internet Group Clarifies News Release of December 1, 2000

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 5, 2000--TeleServices Internet Group Inc. (OTCBB:TIGI - news), also known as TSIG.com, today announced that an earlier news release issued on Dec. 1, 2000, may have inadvertently implied that TSIG.com had terminated a proposed transaction with Reliant Interactive Media Corp (OTCBB:RIMC - news). The termination was in fact made by Reliant as reported in their news release of November 30, 2000.

TSIG.com also regrets any confusion concerning PC sales being characterized as ``currently soft.'' It was our intent to express that PC sales industry-wide are currently soft. Reliant has reported that their computer sales are actually increasing currently.

It was correctly reported in the news release that The Affinity Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of TSIG.com, enjoys an excellent business relationship with Reliant. The Affinity Group has been advised that Reliant expects to continue utilizing the services of The Affinity Group, which have resulted in a mutually profitable relationship.

Scott Roix, CEO of Affinity, stated: ``We regret any confusion that may have been created by our earlier news release, but TSIG.com and The Affinity Group has a great relationship with Reliant and its management. We hope to have a long-term and profitable business relationship with Reliant.''
