Dear M. Merriam:

Hembruff sold for personal reasons. Sanje Ratnavale resigned from IDS in order to become President of a new company. None of these events are viewed as negative. IDS is performing well and should have a very positive year. Again the stock sales and Sanje's resignation are non events in our opinion.
