No the deed said Grantor Marc Tow (actually it was his company, forget the name) and Grantee Mountain Energy. It was a signed deed, but it had not been recorded at the courhouse in the state of WV. My gut feeling is that Tow found out what was going on, or knew the whole time that he was going to take back the property, which could be easily done if the transaction was never offically recorded in WV.
