I just spoke to him again. He factored in the cost of the stamp, the envelope, and the check. He discounted the time savings since he claimed that it took about as long to connect to the web, send the e-payment, record the transaction manually in his checkbook log (I realize that this will eventually disappear), etc. He confirmed that he would indeed sign-up again if they charged on a per-transaction basis instead of $5.95/month. -Sam
