My late wife would grasp immediately in intuition and feeling what I took years to learn through study. So, yes, I would say she was wiser. My current wife is very smart too. She is a psychiatrist, more withdrawn, but very intuitive. Her first language is Italian, second language Spanish. She was born and raised in Buenos Aires. Her parents were from Milan. Her English is very good, but she rarely speaks it, At least, I don't hear much of it. She lives with me in Little Italy, so she speaks Italian in the neighborhood and Spanish at home. She speaks English to her patients. Her daughter married my youngest son. We met in Myrtle Beach, SC, a few years ago. My son approached her daughter and took her out for the evening and we got stuck together. It turned out very well. A friend of mine told me, I am living in the Latin world of Argentina in NYC. I wouldn't know; it all happened very quickly and it's been fun.
