Chief,

After reading todays press release, I visited the local university library and found last weeks (5-10-99) issue of Aviation Week & Space Technology. The Article featured ten award winning companies and their profiles and also included some criteria by which they were chosen. Integral was the first company featured and it gave information contributed by CEO of Integral Technologies, William Robinson. Four pages into the article was another reference to ITKG which surprised me.

It read as follows:

'Integral Technologies Corp., whose subsidiary Emergent Technologies Corp. developed the contra-wound toroidal helical (CTHA) antenna, is a small venture capital organization. It bought 80% of Emergent to acquire the CTHA technology and also has acquired three other unrelated, nonaerospace technologies. The common thread was that all of the technologies were developed at universities, Integral CEO William Robinson said. That gives the company credibility and helps to attract quality board members, such as silicon-germanium chip developer Thor Larson. While they developed sound technologies, the researchers lacked the resources to bring products to market. Well known board members can contribute technical expertise, while their name recognition should help open doors as Integral brings the CTHA to the next level. The small, finely tuned antennas offer significantly greater range than single-pole antennas, according to the company. Rather than bring the CTHA to market itself, Integral will probably sell to a larger company with more marketing clout, Robinson said.'

It was this last sentence which made me wonder, I thought we were going to keep this antenna? At this point I'm not sure which is best, it may depend on how much we get for it. A number of weeks ago I called investor relations and they mentioned using revenue from the antenna to build the other technologies but I thought it was licensing revenue. I'm not sure what to think but I was surprised to read 'Integral will probably sell'.

Either way, the news was great and it was good to see ITKG featured with such a prestigious award. I believe we will hear more!

Any thoughts?
