Hi mike

Help me with this. From press release from split

San Diego-based Qualcomm said it had authorized an increase in the company's stock to 3 billion shares, but gave no further details.

If we had 190 million shares outstanding, 190 x 4 is only 760 million. How do we get to 3 billion?

thanks

Voop
