Blame FDR who insisted it be enacted.Blame the waste and red tape in DC that continues aggravate the situation. It sounds like you want the people with a little money and savings to pay the exhorbitant medical and care costs and let the dead-beats get a free ride from Uncle Sam. No way Jose. You do not understand capitalism. DC adopted a policy of "cradle to the grave" security wheather the people wanted it or not. All this did was encourage more people to become dead-beats and sycophants. I think your comments smack a bit of socialism but,evidently, for many years that's all you knew. truedog
