Go2Net Expects More Revenue From E-Commerce: Bloomberg Forum

Seattle, July 13 (Bloomberg) -- Go2Net Inc., an Internet directory and operator of World Wide Web sites, diversifying its business to generate more revenue from electronic-commerce and less from advertising.

'Ultimately that's where we want to make our revenue,' said President John Keister.
Go2Net is expected to earn 5 cents a share in the fiscal third quarter ended June 30, according to the average estimate of four analysts polled by First Call Corp. Keister said the company is on track to meet those estimates.

'We feel good about that,' he said. The company will report financial results on July 21.

FYI re: Earnings release: Last week I was told by telephine that earnings will be released 7/19. There are many different dates around, so I have called Investor Relations again to confirm. I will post the date when I hear.
