Ok the warrants as with all warrants has certain conditions

1,) The exercise price (MIDLW $1.00 now reduced to $0.50)
2.) The target price (MIDLW $2.50)
3.) The target price time variable for recall (MIDLW 10 consecutive trading days)
4.) The par value for the recall (MIDLW .005) Half a cent
5.) 30 days written (news release ) notifying shareholders of recall

On the warrants, what is the "recall" and why would we fear it?

Answer: the half a cent recall price for each warrant not exercised.

If we convert there is nothing to fear anyway right?

Answer: Exactly
