ratan, You are right!!..And don't forget the daytraders!!!...They need to make money too....As a matter of fact, NAVR right now is very attractive to these folks, because it has been in a fairly predictable narrow range that allows both day traders and MMs to pick up 1/8 here and there, as this thing yo yos up and down...
