Incorrect ARCA quotes: Is it just me? I have noticed the past 2 days that RT3 is displaying out of line quotes on either the best bid or best offer (or BOTH) for Arca. These quotes just stay on the best bid and offer about 2 points out of line and don't move. It annoyed me so much that I even tried to hit a bid that was 2 points lower than the real bid (hey, I'll take a quick 2 thousand). Anyway, has anyone else seen these out of line quotes from ARCA or is it just me?

And speaking of Arca, I am pretty much using either SOES or Island to get in and out of trades. The few times I have tried to use ARCA I have not gotten filled or Worse. What is worse than not getting filled? Entering an order and when you hit cancel, NOTHING happens. So here I am with an order that I want to cancel and it won't cancel. I called the Townsend folks and they told me the problem is with ARCA. So I called ARCA and they told me that ARCA was really slow and it was not unusual to have a cancel take a minute or two. Well, you can have ARCA. Daytraders need speed. I'm sure ARCA is a good concept but it has simply not yet worked for me.
