this is a good question...one that I have wondered about as well...for instance what about authorize.whatever..for 70 or 80 million.....sure would be a bummer if those guys who get that stock start dumping it pronto.......I think you need to remember that the people who own these companies and do these deals do not do it to cash out their stock but rather because they believe the deal will increase the value of their holding faster than if they were to try and stay out there alone..so they like you usually stay in knowing they are likely to be rewarded with a higher stock price then when they bought in...remember that gnet bought SI, hypermart, etc and that all added to the value of gnet...it did not hurt it...I am not sure if those deals were stock or cash but no matter I think we have to assume that russell knows what he is doing and that these new deals will quickly make gnet more profitable so not to worry if these people cash out...they will not have the incentive to do so...none the less I too would like to know more about the details of these deals.....i.e. are these restricted like a private placement to hold on to the stock for a given period of time before they can sell.....I would think this should be part of the public record for stock holders...perhaps we should ask the pr people at gnet about this question?
