I BELIEVE PHP GAMBLED WITH THE PREFERRED STOCK DEAL THINKING THE EARNINGS POTENTIAL WITH THE HIP TRANSACTION WOULD DRIVE THE STOCK ABOVE $25 WHICH WOULD CAUSE CONVERSION AT THAT LEVEL WITH MINIMUM DILUTION ON COMMON.

THE COMPANY HAS GREATER DEBT CAPACITY ACCORDING TO MOODYS.

I SEE THE CLOUD ON THIS STOCK IS THE PREFERRED STOCK. IF WE CAN FIND A REPLACEMENT FINANCING INSTRUMENT, THE COMPANY SHOULD RISE BASED ON THE EARNINGS.

IF THE EARNINGS MEET ALL EXPECTATIONS, THE SHORTS WILL KISS THEIR STOCK GOODBYE.

I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR FROM JIM MAC ON RECENT DEVELOPMENTS. I BELIEVE HIS HOLDINGS ARE AROUND 30 TO 40 THOUSAND SHARES.
