the chart is indicating ready for breakout Yup, and I have been ready since April 21/99...LOL The cards are now falling into place and I have my targets set for a 5-10 bagger from these levels. If you haven't already, read their latest filing as to where they want to take this company. It is very revealing and an IR company with international scope is the first step.
