Scott, be aware that my enthusiasm is heavily bridled. It just seems relatively unbridled when viewed in the context of the times. John, I can't speak for the SEC to explain why the SEC doesn't even mention GRNO'S previous lawyer except to suggest that since he no longer practices SEC law, the SEC thinks they have done enough to him. Needless to say, we don't think like the SEC or like lawyers. Charles
