Win 10 Update status ...

<< Btw, what's the status of your W10 Creators Update (1703)? >>

I'm still on version 1607 and now with OS Build 14393.1358 pushed out 8 days ago and a single update yesterday.

1607 Updates are flowing normally and quite briskly.

I typically restart my primary system every 2 days or so if not every day after an ASC scan, clean and optimization ......

I'm not forcing the Creators Update again and instead will wait for a new release of the WSUS Offline Updater which will include 1703 and download from there and then install the updated package file package from my HDD or a USB stick, The current update package available was made on March 19, before the Creators Update release.

For those that aren't familiar with the WSUS Offline Updater, and every system builder, troubleshooter, and clean (re)installer of Win 7, 8.1 and 10 should be, this 4 year old video tells the story pretty well ...

Cheers, - Eric L. -
