Intel is pushing more and more as a "network solutions" vendor - switches and components - controllers - for switches & routers - as well as faster servers and high speed I/O at the server side.

I'm really not exposed hand-on to corporate networks - just a very small home network - which itself needs a 10x speed upgrade!
