This is good for Intel and potentially Rambus." Intel is pushing more and more as a "network solutions" vendor - switches and components - controllers - for switches & routers - as well as faster servers and high speed I/O at the server side. Re: "This is based on experience within large corporations in the UK. What trends are those of you who design and implement networks in other parts of the world seeing? " I'm really not exposed hand-on to corporate networks - just a very small home network - which itself needs a 10x speed upgrade! Paul
