I believe you are wise to purchase ITKG at these levels. Additionally, I believe we are days away from the Form 10 and thereafter many many PR's that will attract the longer term investors.

It would be my evaluation that the management team at ITKG is "doing it right" by preparing all material with perfection. I understand that they have not met the street investor's time table; however, the delay will be well worth a few more days of "patience" (IMO).

I will keep all here posted as I learn more.
