Start of a new attorneys general trend?

America Online to Review Massachusetts Customers' Bills

Boston, Jan. 8 (Bloomberg) -- America Online Inc. has
promised to review the bills of any Massachusetts customers
complaining of difficulties logging onto the on-line and Internet
service provider, the Boston Herald said. The Virginia-based
company's rapid membership growth has clogged its lines and made
it difficult for some Massachusetts customers to either log on or
to telephone to complain. Massachusetts Attorney General Scott
Harshbarger has received several complaints from America Online
customers unable to access the service, the paper said.

America Online closed its connections in Russia yesterday
because of credit card fraud.
