AVNT: be careful on the short side (positive event for those long). Fidelity has bought almost 3 million shares over the last 6 months. One would assume that given Fidelity's size and resources (legal included) they have looked at the legal issues outstanding and determined that they will not have a material effect on AVNT's financial position.
