Ratan: No 'Cebein' is not owned by IPEC, SpeedFam bought IPEC a while ago, actually they merged to form SpeedFam-IPEC Inc (http://207.108.158.146/). It appears the only way to invest in this guy now is to wait for him to bring AvantCom public,it should be out by June next year.Cebein is another company in his stable.
