Does anyone know or care to speculate on :
1) the probability that HART will announce an agreement similar to
the one recently announced between WIRL and DirectTV ?
2) the number of MDUs in HART's market ?

As far as the number of MDUs, in 4Q96 HART reclassified many of their
MDUs as SFUs, so a HART MDU is not necessarily equal to a WIRL MDU.
In their last annual report, HART claims that their subsriber base
consists of 94.3% SFUs and 5.7% MDUs (using the revised method of
classifying MDUs).
