KAHI. Outstanding shares 8 million Float 5 million. The company owns 1.5 million shares of Kaire international. Kaire international is set to ge public this week at $6.00-$7.00 a share. This will give KAHI an added book value of .75 - $1.00. Also the company is involved in an acquisition in china and they are in the final stages of this deal.
