Prime Companies Announces GTE California Contract
YUBA CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb 17, 2000--Prime Companies, Inc. (OTC BB: PRMC) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Prepaid Tel.com, Inc. has executed a resale agreement with GTE Co. of California.
Prepaid Tel.com, Inc. received its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (authorizing the Company to operate as a Competitive Local Exchange Company "CLEC") offering Local Exchange Access, and Interexchange Resold Services.
The company commenced the provisioning of local prepaid dial tone services in October of 1999 throughout Pacific Bell exchanges in California, and in January of 2000, the company Prepaid Tel.com, Inc. completed requirements to resell GTE of California, allowing it the opportunity to offer local prepaid dial tone services in the GTE California Exchanges.
