Greetings! "Accelr8 Technology Corporation Announces Earnings of .05 Per Share for Third Quarter Ended April 30, 1997" biz.yahoo.com

This looks like a very overvalued Y2K stock. Market Cap = 7,866,000 shares x $16 / share = $126 mil with revenues of $750K last quarter. In addition:

1) Insiders can start selling next Wednesday (6/18).
2) ACLY has loss carryforwards, so pro forma net was only about $0.03 per share. I hate (like to short!) companies that mislead investors.
3) They have a buck a share in cash, so upside, they are worth $3 / share (slightly less than today's price of $16).

Look forward to your comments. Best Regards to All, Bill
