Max,

I would consider that the approval rating for the Iraq invasion at the beginning of the conflict was predicated on what turned out to be lies. Colin Powell, a rare trustworthy member of the Bush circle of evil, had just told the UN that Iraq was implicated by many thousands of metal tubes used specifically for the enrichment of nuclear material. We know now that was false, as well as the claims that Saddam was a sponsor of Al Qaeda and thus complicit in 9/11.

So one thread member does not like your writing style and voiced their opinion. So what? That is their opinion and it will be accepted as such. I accept your opinions as valid, even if I do not agree with 100% of them.

As we have said before, we are very against censorship of any kind on this thread, for defining where it should begin and end is a difficult task. I rather leave that task for Bush and the mass media <g>

Vonnegut will be sorely missed, and his last book, while short, was a worthy swansong. My favorite part was not political, but just entertaining as hell. This was the section where he showed his graphs on how to write a good story.

So, know that you are welcome here and pleased consider what I asked of you last week; stop painting with such large strokes.
