Dave: First, I am NOT a short seller, just an interested (in a non-financial way) observer. All I've ever asked, basically, is "show me the money" in regards to this company. It matters not one iota, in my mind, that the co-founders have such a stellar past record. What have they done for shareholders in the decade plus existence of the company? Many press releases have been issued mentioning strategic alliances and the like, but let me pose to you one simple question - have the strategic alliances, distribution agreements and the like ever yielded even one dollar in product revenue? This is not innuendo, merely a question begging for an answer.
