When I was 15 I worked at IHOP- flipping pancakes was the venue Earlier I took Judo in the 5th grade or so- and flipping ten year olds was the thing. When I became a rebellious teenager I flipped a few (winged species) when authority passed by. Later I would flip when I saw a particularly fine species of the opposite gender walk by. Now I can barely flip out of a chair... hmm...... flipping charts- I can do that IN THE CHAIR. Still savoring that Cafe Bustello and home made Foccacio bread from Wednesday night. trade on...... gonzongo
