OLD AMD/INTC VS NEW AMD/INTC

Just some observations...

OLD AMD OLD INTC
Play catchup in speed game Always leader in speed
Can't deliver quantity Plenty of quantity
Try to lowball in price Lowball but keep high end
Produce poor quality Produce high quality

NEW AMD NEW INTC
Co-leader in speed game Co-leader in speed game
(likely to surpass INTC soon)
Plenty of quantity Lots of supply problems
(1ghz systems now shipping) (even reviewers can't get any)
Lowball but keep high end Fighting for very very low end
(refusing XBOX) (i.e. XBOX)
Produce good quality Quality is declining
(and getting better) (i.e. chipset problems)

My, how things have changed recently. It almost seems like
the roles have been reversed, AMD like acting like the old
INTC while INTC is acting like the old AMD. Just some
things to make you go "hmmm".
