The link you provided isn't quite correct, but the parent directory is well worth bookmarking since it contains many .pdf files that would be of interest on this thread, as well as further links. fas.org The Israel aid figures are notably in the "Israel: U.S. Foreign assistance" link fas.org So many .pdf files, so little time.....
