Too many things didn't add up at SATH.

When underwriters and board members file to sell, their view on the near term isn't net positive. Sure there may be other reasons for them to sell, but selling into a huge runup (whether planned or accidental) is a bit much to be coincidence.

Why hype the "earnings" announcement ? Just do the live thing and announce future plans blah blah blah. Drop da bomb later. With the #800 gorilla missing, their credibility is zilch. Simple formula, promise, then deliver.

This is their third major transactional processing system in the last year, the IBM RS6000 was replaced with an NT based system running "mySQL" which is really obscure, lots of problems, so now its Oracle on who-knows-what ! This isn't rocket science folks, just do it right the first time.

Their merchandise and current web offerings are pathetic. Really.
Since all this stuff is consignment, get the good stuff.

<end rant>
