I wouldn't dump Zulu shares. As a hedge though, you might want to buy some ESVS shares to go in concert. I have nearly 12K-Zulu and I'm holding strong for future Zulu developments. This company has grown nicely in its short lifespan, notwithstanding the mud that got thrown in its path. But I think Zulu has a reasonable shot of going the distance. Personally, I'm not too hung up on what the conversion will be. I know that the merger will put us in a much better postion than we Zulu investors have ever been. If the SesameAd technology is superior anything and everything that Doubleclick has, we will get one hell of a ride once institutional investments enter the picture, due to Zulu having a Nasdaq listing. I also think that Mincheff's speech at the internet advertising conference in Chicago will be a tremendous boost. That's how I feel.
