Is QCT paying QLI royalties now?

By QLI I believe you mean QTL. And I believe the answer is no.

Before its sale, I believe the handset division was hit with an intracompany charge to simulate ASICs used internally and to make the business line results for the division comparable to external handset customers. There may also have been an internal royalty charge as well.

However I do not believe the same thing existed then or now between the ASIC group and QTL.
