Bill, it looks like the longs have abandoned this thread. Before we pull the trigger on ACLY, I have tried to clarify who owns which shares; the goal is guessing how many may be sold on the 18th.

The figures are conflicting. Barrons shows 6.5 mil, shares, with 2.86 mil. held by insiders and 1.3 mil held by institutions.

ACLY's SEC documents are confusing. There was a 1 million share IPO at $7 last November, leaving 5.5 mil. shares in other hands. The underwriter, Janco, holds 1.2 million warrants exercisable at $14 after 11/97.

The 424B3 mentions a 3-month lockup, not six months though general IPO rules may prevail. The document says a total of 4 million shares are NOT subject to Form 144 registration. I did not find any 144's on InsiderTrader.

What do you make of all this? Can you estimate how many shares various holders may want to dump on the 18th?

Thanks and good luck.
