PC is an HP Pavilion with AMD Athlon II X3 Triple core; 8GB DDR3
Monitor is a 23.5" Samsung SyncMaster P2370(G)/P23700(G),Magic P2370G(Digital)

It's about 8 years old. I started with Win 7; and was forced to accept MSFT's "free"
upgrade to Win 10.

Last 2 attempts by Windows Upgrade failed.

No errors have been detected on either the Monitor or the graphics card.
