My cousin wanted a smaller house and he couldn't find a contractor to build it. Costs aren't much more on a large home but the profits are way higher.

My electric co-op bought a coal field and is building a coal fired plant next to the mine. Fed funds will make the coal cleaner than the year 2020 standards. My electric costs will be cut by 1/2. The mine is projected to run out about year 3050.
