I have also mentioned to Marc some financing by the current shareholders about 2 weeks ago, but did not get to much of a
response.

I am also willing to put up a grand (or a bit more) if the package
is to my satisfaction.

Do not just count the registered sharholders, there are probably a lot
more of us with their shares not registered. ( Mine is at T.D. Greenline in an RSP account where shorty can't get to)
