Steven: How about Tegal (TGAL), price to book about 1.1, price to sales around 1, manufactures critical and non-critical etchers, recently provided equipment to begin production of ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) to partner of Ramtron in the FRAM manufacturing venture, Merrill predicts 20% annual growth. The only problem - Merrill predicts they will make $0.29 FY ended March97 and $0.25 in FY ended March98 - so forward looking PE's are around 20 at current price levels of $5 so it's not cheap on a PE basis. Went public in October of 95 for $12 a share and has made money ever since. I like FSII also, even at the current "elevated" price of $13.25.
