Dec. 3, 1997 Closing price V.NXR $1.40 + $ .30 V.SRO $ .25 + $.0625 New Arcadia Resources Ltd. 52 week high $1.40 low $ .24c Seine River Resources Inc. 52 week high $ .70 low $ .15c For any of you that are intrested Seine River has two Gold mines and the price of oil is now 40% higher than when they began there Guatemalan project. With the Guatemalan Government now at peace the project will continue at a fast pace. I look froward to a discussion on the projects and your opinion on these stocks. Thank You JNelson
