You know, I don't believe there is noone talks about ARP. I know the first runup about 2 weeks ago was because Barrick expands their regions at Chile. Now, yesterday, there is another runup, what's causing it? This is a good play no doubt because Barrick owns 60% in some regions, where are the investors then?
