All of the available oil shale is tied up by the big guys. They will sit on it until oil gets to about $60/bbl and stays there for a while. The big oil companies are still getting over the 70's and can only think big. They have a bunch of data about developing oil shale but the truth is, they really only know how not to develop oil shale. Tim hall
