Well, I saw this: Toppers Brick Oven Pizza Inc a manufacturer and distributor of a revolutionary pizza formula and compact pizzeria-style oven, announced today that it was voted the Best Overall New Product at the February 1997 New York Restaurant and Foodservice Show. Toppers was awarded the Blue Ribbon and Silver Platter awards for Best Overall New Product at the event, sponsored by the New York Restaurant Association. The competition was judged by Brent Fry, editor of Chef Magazine and Dick Papiernik, editor of Nations Restaurant News.
