Cowboyfan, thanks for starting this thread. Although I would love to trade full time, I just don't have the capital to do so at this time. I am on the lookout for just such a service that can make rec's and I can assign a broker to carry out his instructions w/out me being there when the faxes arrive.
The big question, though, is how accurate are his claims? I just rec'd his latest offer, Silver Slugger, where they make at least 2 rec's/month looking for a 300% profit. He limits the membership in these programs and all the others have already filled up: Option Discovery (his newest in this group), Option Pathfinder, Option Trailblazer-all limited to 50 members at a cost of, I think, approx. $3K/yr. He claims profits of 1,023% and 674% for the Pathfinder and Trailblazer since their inception in early '96. I rec'd another offer for Option Profit Relay limited to 400 members @$995/yr. It is much like his earlier Option Profit Fax which is closed to new members and is claiming 842% profit for '96. Silver Slugger will be limited to 250 members @ $1,495/yr and is based on his Grand Slam program which is filled and is claiming 540% in profits since Sept. of '96.
I have already been burned badly by participating in similar programs and don't want to just jump in w/out first sticking my toe in the water. The problem is Bernie wants the membership $$ up front and if you change your mind later I don't think you can get a prorated refund.
If anyone has info. on any other services that provide profitable investment rec's please pass it on to the group.
