My ever to be humble response:

5/22/97: At least two more "non-event" press releases by that time, and possibly a third "zinger" in terms of "herd appeal". Stock price will have briefly risen to perhaps 8 cents a share, probably drop to around 3 x 3.5 and stay there.

6/22/97: No news, no change.

4/22/98: Stock will have gone through a 20 to 1 reverse split and fallen back into the 10 cent range. Jerry Hinton will have moved on, possible citing "health reasons", the infamous "Hairy Man" will resurface as the heir apparent, no surprise really since this is, and will always be "his baby". Whether it's mufflers, obsolete computers, acquisitions that never transpire, you name it. There is always opportunity in "consulting fees" for those whose cajones have a high enough metal content to flaunt their transgressions. Business as usual, with nary a tip of the hat to the "decent" folk who so willingly line up to get the shaft!

To the uninitiated, I presently own shares of this stock, BIG WOO that is! I feel that to worry over the "fortunes" which may be adversely or positively impacted by statements made here by us, the little guys, is to lose sight of the BIG PICTURE.

Your participation as an investor, and your opinion, have about as much impact on the future of this stock as Bill Clinton's vision of a "Bridge to the 21st Century" has on sorting out the woes of an overburdened DYING economy.....reality, what a concept!

I always reserve the possibity (likelihood?) of being dead wrong. Who knows, ADGI may report 3 million dollars of net income on the next qtr., and Comet Hale-Bop may suddenly reverse it's direction, slam into Kansas City, and turn the wheat-belt into the world's largest fishing hole....statistically however it's not very likely.

Two things may help put it in perspective.....to my knowledge, a comet has never reversed course, and ADGI has DISCLOSED in their numerous past filings that they have NEVER made ONE DIME of revenues in ANY of their past ventures (and they are numerous).

See ya in the next universe, eh?
