Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock cafe shows how far the "concept" restaurants can go. Hard Rock is up to $400 million with 70 stores in 20 countries. Planet Hollywood is up to $373 million with 55 stores. Per store that's about $10 million in sales for each HR and $14 million for each PH. Yikes. Then of course there is Rain Forest Cafe (RAIN) coming up fast with six stores. Any thought on Country Star Countryboy.
